The winter weather seriously will not let up in NYC, and I don’t know how much more I can take.  Luckily, I’m leaving for vacation – and I’m more grateful than ever that we’re going to be lying on a beach the entire time!

But while I’m still in NYC (and attempting to master my own chic winter style) I have a secret weapon to ward off the cold.  My super talented friend Melissa gave me the best gift a girl stuck on the east coast in January could ask for – one of her Needle by Needle scarves.  Her hand-knit designs are not only ultra-warm, they add just the right amount of bohemian style to my winter wardrobe.  Her collection is sold at Calypso and Henri Bendel (so proud of her, I have to brag a bit), but she picked out this color especially for me.  I plan on wearing it with everything until the sun comes out again!
